What are your enrollment requirements?

We accept children from 6 weeks to 5 years old. You'll need to provide proof of immunizations, emergency contact information, and complete our enrollment forms. We also require a meet-and-greet session before your child's first day to ensure a smooth transition.

Do you offer part-time or full-time options?

Yes! We offer flexible scheduling options including full-time (5 days/week), part-time (2-3 days/week), and half-day programs. We understand every family's needs are different, and we work with you to find the best schedule.

What is your teacher-to-child ratio?

We maintain low ratios to ensure personalized attention: 1:3 for infants, 1:4 for toddlers, 1:8 for preschoolers, and 1:10 for pre-kindergarten. These ratios exceed state requirements and ensure every child receives the care and attention they deserve.

Do you provide meals and snacks?

We provide nutritious morning and afternoon snacks. Parents provide lunch, which we help children warm up if needed. We accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies. All snacks meet USDA nutritional guidelines and we focus on healthy, whole food options.

What is your sick policy?

To protect all children, we require that sick children stay home. This includes fever over 100.4°F, vomiting, diarrhea, or contagious conditions. Children must be symptom-free for 24 hours before returning. We follow CDC guidelines and maintain rigorous cleaning protocols.

How do you handle emergencies?

All staff are trained in CPR and First Aid. We have detailed emergency procedures for medical situations, fire, severe weather, and lockdowns. Parents are contacted immediately in case of any emergency. We conduct regular safety drills to ensure everyone knows what to do.
